I'm really enjoying this game in solo mode! The whole process of just asking questions and rolling dice for yes/no results—plus occasionally rolling on oracle tables for inspiration—is loads of fun, and very effectively leads the story in unexpected directions.
I've got a couple rules questions, though! First: Should I be rolling on the Death and Wounding table for nameless NPCs, or should I just consider them out of the fight when they hit zero HP?
Second, the "Add a +1 to your initiative roll" and "Gain +1 to INT checks when casting spells" skills seem strictly worse than just increasing your AGI or INT, respectively. Is there something I'm not getting, here?
First: Up to you, really. You decide how important that NPC is, if they serve or could serve some purpose in the story, allow them a chance to stay alive, otherwise, don't bother, if it's just extra bookkeeping.
Second: I am guessing there is a limit to the AGI and INT stat (+5 maybe?), and these skills give you the chance to boost your initiative or your spell casting checks even further. I don't know how realistic that is ingame though.

The Blood Pact spell "Crimson Palm Scripture" says it doesn't require an attack roll. Does that mean you don't have to do the INT test vs difficultly like other spells?
do you have an official discord or forum? I had a question I wanted to ask. I’m totally confused about what happens when you advance to level 3. It says some skills can stack but it also says you forfeit your other advancements.
What I understood from that rule: at 3rd, 5th and 9th level you have the option to select a new skill from the skill list instead of adding HP or stat points.

Also, the covers were part of the page count from the original document, so it'll throw off the original page spreads unless you add a blank page near the beginning to compensate (the originals put page 1 on the left and 2 on the right). For my copy, putting a blank page between the copyright page and the Table of Contents page seemed to work best.

these PDFs are print ready and all are divisible by 4. Selecting “print as booklet” should be just fine.
Would it be possible to get the cover on a white background? I want to print that just that page onto brown cardstock (like OD&D)

But its 6d6 vs 1D6+TOU, right?

yes it’s designed more to begin capping hp later on. 6d6 averages around 18-20.
I snagged this game the other day, after just missing out on the end of your kickstarter. Have to say, can't wait for the zines to get to retail.

And whattaya know, he spawns in a Hex facing directly at one.
