I love all your stuff, particularly Tarvannion. I did have a question about the ruins section. There is a sentence above the dice table “every area 2-6 encounter - explored area 1-6”. Can you clarify that? Thanks!
that means that every area has a 2-6 chance of having an encounter, ie you get an encounter on a roll of 1 or 2. The rate in already explored areas is 1-6 instead.
I just got this following your many other works. I'm really interested in how you handle magic in these settings. A more mechanical preview of the kinds of magic, and its perils. Is there anywhere I should look?
I've also never read the Dark Sun Setting, so my guess is you might be drawing a lot of inspiration from there.
for Tarvannion, I’ve used with b/x, Shadowdark and ODND. It’s pretty system neutral. Like a dark and gritty LOTR sort of feel. Magic is uncommon in my games in this setting though.

This is great, but so is all of your work! Quick question, I'd like to have this printed, but the file is too large to upload. Is there anyway to get a smaller file? The version of Kal Arath I had printed, came out beautifully. I'd like to add this one to the collection! 🙂
I really like it and if I had any complaint is that I'd love to print it out and the scans are a little skewed, or it seems that way to me. I could just be imagining it and plan to print it out anyway. It sounds like you're doing some updates to it, is that true? If so I'll wait before I print it out.

Fantastic work. It definitely has a Moorcock meets Tolkien vibe. I really enjoy the ink only art style. It makes for a really clean look.

the updates will be separate files. A map and a few dungeons. Working on an article on my Substack for d6 domain and faction play also.
